Remote camera using Pocketwizards

It is always difficult to get sports pictures during official races that stand out from the rest. The places for press to stand are really limited and almost all photographers want to stand in the same place, the so called 'best place'. This usually results in all photographers taking the same pictures, off course with different quality, but still all the same.

When I got the Nikon D3 as a second camera, this opened up a whole new possibility, first and most important, I am no longer switching lenses during critical moments, but second, and maybe more important, I now have the ability to use my Pocketwizard Plus III's for remote triggering a second camera. This allows me to position camera's in difficult places, places one is not allowed to stand during races, and gives some interesting vantage points.
